YPRES Rose Developments

Arc was commissioned by super-prime property developer Ypres Rose Developments, to create a marketing film for their latest development on St George's Hill Estate, Weybridge, Surrey.

Arc worked in conjunction with interior designers from Tiger Interior Design to ensure the movie reflected the most intricate details of the bespoke furniture and carefully selected object d'art. Modeling every inch of the 15,000 sq ft mansion - complete with detailed fixtures and fittings.

A total of 5 minutes worth of animation footage was created then edited into two films, a short teaser film (shown below) and a full movie showcasing the whole property. The movies were supplied to the main agents to support sales and displayed on large TV screens at the launch party of the Ypres Rose Developments neighboring scheme Topeka.
